Chess books
Classic chess texts adapted for the browser: every example is an interactive board with the author's variations and commentary.
Reading a chess book away from a board has always been its hardest part — setting up every diagram, replaying every variation, checking the moves the author leaves implicit. This library fixes that: each book is broken into chapters, and every example is a live board you can play through move by move, step back, and explore from either side. The text keeps the author's ideas and commentary; the diagrams became interactive.
Start with any chapter that matches your level — the table of contents of each book keeps the original structure, and prev/next links walk you through it in order. When an example ends, the position is yours: open it against the engine to test the author's point in practice, or replay the line until the pattern feels familiar. It is the slow, deliberate way classics were meant to be studied — without the setup work.
